HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.41172 OF 2016 ORDER:
This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner seeking to declare the action of the respondents in deleting the ownership particulars of the petitioner from the website in respect of agricultural land admeasuring Acs.9.70 cents middle part in S.No.133 Part, Patta No.355 of Reganigudem H/o.Kusuluvada Village, Anandapuram Tahsil, Visakhapantam District and also the land admeasuring Acs.9.58 cents eastern part in S.No.133 Part, Patta No.355 of Reganigudem H/o.Kusuluvada Village, Anandapuram Tahsil, Visakhapantam District, as illegal and arbitrary. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Asst. Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.
Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction for disposal of the representation made by the petitioner on 14.10.2016.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that since the correction sought for is within a period of one year, the 4th respondent, who is empowered, may be directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.
Having regard to the rival submissions made, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent-The Mandal Revenue Officer to deal with the representation dated 14.10.2016 made by the petitioner seeking to keep the data in the Revenue Web Land in respect of the lands referred supra, in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioners and also the aggrieved persons, if any, at the earliest.
Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
