As per the information collected by the registry, O.S.No.260 of 2006 was disposed of on 03.07.2015. Since the suit itself was disposed of nothing survives for adjudication in this revision petition and consequently, the revision petition is liable to be dismissed. In the result, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the criminal petition, shall stand closed.
