This appeal is filed by the United India Insurance Company Limited, who is respondent No.2 in O.P. No.2167 of 2002, challenging the impugned award dated 15.09.2006 passed in O.P. No.2167 of 2002 by the IV Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judgecum-XVIII Additional Chief Judge at Hyderabad. 2) At the instance of both the parties, the matter is settled before the Lok-Adalat and an award has been passed. Therefore the appeal is disposed of in terms of settlement arrived at by the parties as mentioned in the award. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
