HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.19222 OF 2007 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in deducting the crop insurance premium from the crop loans released and to be released to the petitioners/Members at the rate of 1% to 12% towards crop Insurance premium in the Khariff and Rabi seasons 2007-2008, as illegal and arbitrary.

Inasmuch as the writ petition relates to rebate that is sought to be deducted for the crop year 2007-2008 and considering the fact that pending disposal of the writ petition this Court by order dated 11.09.2007 directed the respondents not to deduct the crop insurance premium from the crop loans released and to be released to the petitioners, no further orders need to be passed in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. ____________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J Dated: 17.11.2015 Ssv
