HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Criminal Petition No.8301 of 2018 ORDER :

The petitioner is A.2 of Cr.No.109 of 2017 of Naraspur Rural Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354-B, 324, 323 and 306 IPC read with 116 read with 34 IPC, now seeking anticipatory bail.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State in opposing the same and perused the First Information Report, bail application averments and the earlier dismissal orders passed by the learned Sessions Judge in anticipatory bail applications vide Crl.M.P.No.1067 of dt.14.09.2017 and 1578 of 2017, dt.22.01.2018 and also the order dt.05.07.2018 in Crl.P.No.5948 of 2018 of this Court which was dismissed as withdrawn.

On perusal of the record, leave about no changed circumstances, no way entitles to concession of anticipatory bail. In the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
