HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.45539 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.395 of 2016 on the file of the X Metropolitan Magistrate, Malakajgiri, Cyberabad.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

It is alleged that A2 and A3 are purchasing PDS rice from the ration card holders and selling the same to the petitioner for wrongful gain. It is the case of the petitioner that he has not purchased the PDS rice. The truth or otherwise of the allegations in the above C.C. can be decided by the trial Court. This Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings in the above C.C.
