This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner. 2.
The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been working as NMR since 1985 but the respondents are not regularizing his services. He further submits that on 21.4.2005, this Hon'ble Court was pleased to issue an interim direction to consider the case of the petitioner for payment of existing dearness allowance as per rules, and that the petitioner is being continued in service as NMR. He further submits that appropriate orders may be passed directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner. 3.
This Court having considered the above submissions is of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the respondents seeking regularization of his services if he is continuing his services as on today, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the respondents seeking regularization of his services, if he is continuing as on
today, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation being received, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders for regularization of the services of the petitioner, in accordance with the rules, within a period of four weeks thereafter.
