THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.6918 of 2017 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed by accused No.5, under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking pre arrest bail in Crime No.109 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Prohibition & Excise Station, Dhoolpet, Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State submitted that the Station House Officers are strictly following the procedure contained in Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. In view of the said submission, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
