This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief: "... declaring the action of the respondent No.2 in not passing interim orders in a revision R.C.No.E5/4325/2016 filed under Section 9 of ROR Act staying the entries relates to mutation of names of the respondents 5 and 6 in revenue records in respect of lands in survey No.146, sy.No.146/4, sy.No.146/4/1 to an extent of Ac.1.12 gts each, situated at Kompelli village, Bhupalapally mandal, Warangal District in pattadar column and possession column and also the action of the 4th respondent in not incorporating the names of the petitioners in pattadar column and possession column in respect of the lands in survey No.146 and its sub divisions to an extent of Ac.2.00 gts, Ac.1.20 gts, Ac.2.00 gts, Ac.2.00 gts respectively, situated at Kompelli village, Bhupalapally Mandal, Warangal District."

3. Admittedly, the petitioners filed revision under Section 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 before the 2nd respondent-Joint Collector, Warangal and the same is pending.

4. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioners, in accordance with law, within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
