This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order in I.A.No.269 of 2022 in O.S.No.13 of 2011 on the file of Principal District Judge, Mahabubabad.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that original suit in which present C.R.P. is moved i.e., O.S.No.13 of 2011 was disposed on 24-01-2023, hence, the C.R.P. becomes infructuous. 3.

Therefore, the C.R.P. is dismissed as infructuous without costs.

As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
