THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE B. VIJAYSEN REDDY WRIT PETITION No.37959 of 2021 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the respondent No.2 in not considering the application of the petitioner submitted vide Dharani Portal for effecting mutation and for issuance of pattadar pass books in respect of his agricultural land admeasuring Ac.1.00 guntas in Sy.No.130 situated in Pasumamla village, Abdullapurmet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

Petitioner claims that he is the absolute owner and possessor of the subject land having acquired the same under in intestate succession from his father vide registered will deed dated 16.03.2009 bearing document No.39/III/2009. The father of the petitioner purchased the subject land under registered sale deed bearing No.9665/2006 dated 28.04.2006. However, the grievance of the petitioner is that though he applied for mutation and issuance of new pattadar passbook on 25.10.2021 in Dharani Portal by paying the requisite fee, there is no response from the respondents. 3.

In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to pass orders on the application submitted by the petitioner on 25.10.2021 through Dharani Portal within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
