ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing on 19.06.2017, 01.09.2017 and 18.09.2017, there was no representation on behalf of petitioner and therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'For dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
