Sri P.Rajesh Babu, learned counsel for the petitioners - defendants 2 and 3, submits that pursuant to filing of this Revision, challenging the order, dated 31.08.2016, passed in I.A. No.673 of 2015 in O.S. No.53 of 2015 by the learned I Additional District Judge, Anantapuram, the suit in O.S. No.53 of 2015 itself got decreed in favour of the respondent - plaintiff. In that view of the matter, he does not wish to press this Revision. Recording the same, the Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
