THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITON No. 21944 OF 2007 ORDER:

Questioning the action of the respondents in not giving priority to the petitioner who has experience as an Early Childhood Education Instructor (ECEI), the writ petition is filed. As can be seen from the notification issued, there is no preference that is earmarked for ECEI. The basic qualification as notified for recruitment is 10th class. Respondents have categorically stated that pursuant to the notification issued seven candidates appeared for interview and the candidate who got secured highest marks of seven was selected and appointment also came to be issued. The petitioner secured only four marks in the process of operative merit and one candidate by name Sangepu Nagamani, who secured seven marks, was selected. As there are no mala fides alleged against anyone and there being no preferential treatment notified for ECEI, no merit in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
