4. The grievance of the petitioner is has no power to cancei a document that registered as Doc.No. 132/2022 under Registration Act, 190g, on a mere that Department has already been the provisions of representation made by a third party who is not connected to the document already registered. He would further submit that no document styled as tancellation deed, was presented as on the date.

6. At this, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he may be granted liberty to challenge the Ietter in Lr.No.161l2023 dated 22.11.2023 issued by the re spondent.
7. In view of the same, since the remedy is available to the petitioner to question the letter dated 22.11.2023 in the pending writ petition, this Contempt Case stands closed granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the letter dated 22 .I I .2023 , if he is still aggrieved.
8. Recording the above said submissions, contempt case stalds closed.
