ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"...to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to direct ."

At the hearing, Sri K.R.Prabhakar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to the dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 09.12.2011, is vacated and W.P.M.P.No.40223 of 2011 is dismissed as infructuous.
