Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Excise.

When the matter is taken up, learned Government Pleader submitted that, without filing an application before the third respondent, for redressal of his grievance, petitioner herein approached this Court by way of filing the present Writ Petition. In view of the above, Writ Petition is closed, keeping it open for the petitioner to file an appropriate application, before the third respondent, for redressal of his grievance. There shall be no order as to costs.
