This criminal petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/A.1, among three accused, in Crime No.610 of 2014 of Jeedimetla Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A) and 376(2)(i) IPC and Section 3, 4 and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, and Sections 109 and 34 IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor, representing the State, and perused the material on record. 3.
The petitioner shown in abscondance after completion of investigation in the final report filed by the police, that was taken cognizance by the learned Magistrate concerned in committing the case to the Court of Sessions, where it is pending as S.C.No.570 of 2016 on the file of the I Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

It is the contention in the anticipatory bail, having been unsuccessful earlier during investigation also by the petitioner including in Crl.P.No.12103 of 2014, dated 08.10.2014, on the file of this Court, that the de facto complainant and accused married and a marriage certificate, dated 25.07.2018, is filed and the de facto complainant is now major.

The age as on the date of occurrence even allegedly voluntarily left with him was shown of 16 years by July, 2014. 6.
Having regard to the above, there are no grounds to consider the anticipatory bail, but for to surrender before the regular Court and move for regular bail.
