THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 12727 OF 2017 O R D E R :

The grievance of the petitioner is that he has made several representations, latest being the one dated 30.03.2017 to Respondents 2 to 4 bringing to their notice the unauthorized activities and the unauthorized constructions being carried on by Respondents 5 to 7 in the premises beside H.No. 31/168 in Ward Nos. 17 and 18 of Gilakaladindi, Machilipatnam, Krishna District, but the same have not been considered so far. Hence, he filed the present Writ Petition seeking a direction to Respondents 2 to 4 to consider and pass appropriate orders thereon. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Sri Nimmagadda Venkateswarlu, learned Standing Counsel for the 4th respondent submits that no permission has been granted in favour of Respondents 5 to 7 and hence, no constructions, as alleged by the petitioner, have been permitted to be carried on by them.

Considering the nature of the relief, which the petitioner seeks in this Writ Petition and keeping in view the submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the 4th respondent, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner and if the allegations made therein with respect to Respondents 5 to 7 are found to be true, necessary action in accordance with law be taken.

The Writ Petition is accordingly, disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
