THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.13745 OF 2014 ORDER:

1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners in C.C.No.337 of 2013 on the file of the Court of the Judicial First Class Munsiff Magistrate Jangaon, Warangal District.

At the time of arguments, on instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after full fledged trial, the accused were acquitted.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further orders need be passed in this petition. Accordingly this petition is closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
