ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dt.17.9.2010 in W.P.M.P. No.29430 of 2010 in W.P. No.23061 of 2010. At the hearing, Mr. P. Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that after filing of the contempt case, the respondents have realized their mistake and restored the power supply and that therefore the cause in the contempt case does not survive for adjudication.
