HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD WRIT PETITION No.2150 of 2016 ORDER:

Petitioners seek a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records pertaining to FIR No.990 of 2015 dated 21.10.2015 on the file of respondent No.2 (Station House Officer, Uppal Police Station, Uppal, Cyberabad) showing them as accused Nos.1 and 2 and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home (TG). Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home (TG), on instructions, submits that the police after investigation closed the case due to lack of evidence on 28.04.2017. Recording the submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home (TG) that FIR No.990 of 2015 was closed due to lack of evidence on 28.04.2017 itself, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
