Learned counsel appearing for the third respondent informs the Court that the matter has become infructuous since the daughter of the petitioner was already released from the rescue home run by the third respondent.

Therefore, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
