This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioner / A.4 in Crime No.383 of 2013 on the file of Vanasthalipuram Police Station, Cyberabad, R.R.District. 2 At the time of arguments, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after completion of investigation, the investigating officer filed charge sheet in the said matter before the concerned Court. 3 Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further orders need be passed in this petition.
