CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.27947 of 2018 Dt: 06.09.2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for issue of a Certiorari to quash Lok Adalat Award, dated 30-12-2016, in OS.No.29 of 2013 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Medchal, A perusal of the record shows that the Lok Adalat, whose award is challenged in this Writ Petition, is not impleaded as a party to this Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as not maintainable, however, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition after impleading the Lok Adalat. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, IA.No.1 of 2018, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
