This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the docket order, dated 14.06.2012 in O.S.No.292 of 2008 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Eluru.

The information obtained by the Registry from the official website of e-courts shows that the main suit in O.S.No.292 of 2008 itself was disposed of by the Court below on 27.09.2012. 3.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this revision petition for further adjudication and accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
