Petitioner seeks rectification of classification of agricultural

land in sy.No.56 in the Prohibition List maintained by SRO and Government as government lands showing its value as zero. On the earlier date of hearing, it was noticed that there was no representation of the petitioner made to the 2nd respondent. Counsel for the petitioner having sought time, produced a copy of the representation dt.22.07.2015 made to the 3rd respondent requesting to delete the entry of prohibition for the agricultural lands claimed by him at Gopalapur Village and Grampanchayat, Turkapally Mandal, Nalgonda District.

Since the petitioner has already made representation, 2nd respondent is directed to consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand dismissed.
