CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.19072 of 2017 30.08.2017 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) Feeling aggrieved by non-implementation of order, dated 17.08.2015, in O.A.No.4278 of 2015 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal'), the applicants therein filed this writ petition.

At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Services (TS) appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 has placed before us memo No.2297-A/331/A2/BG/2017, dated 22.08.2017, issued by the Principal Secretary to Government, Finance (BG) Department, providing a sum of Rs.9,70,000/- (Rupees nine lakhs and seventy thousand only) in relaxation of Treasury Control Orders towards payment of minimum wages to the petitioners, in compliance with the order of the Tribunal. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that with the issue of the aforementioned memo, the order of the Tribunal stood complied with. 3.
Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. 4.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.Nos.27220, 27221 and 23232 of 2017 filed by the petitioners shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
