This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent Nos.1 to 6, in not taking any action against respondent No.7 for concealing the material facts in the declaration while filing nomination form for election to the post of ZPTC Member of Poduru Mandal, West Godavari District, as illegal and unconstitutional.

At the hearing, Mr.Dasari SVVSV.Prasad, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to file fresh Writ Petition seeking appropriate reliefs.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
