This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners-Accused Nos.1 to 4 challenging the order of framing of charges dated 12.3.2015 in C.C.No.606 of 2007 on the file of the II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada. Heard and perused the material available on record. After hearing the arguments and perusing the material available on record, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the order under revision. At this stage, the learned Counsel for the petitioners has sought for dispensing with the presence of the petitioners before the trial Court. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed.
