HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 27227 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the representation of the petitioner dated 23.07.2002, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of the Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation, that while admitting the writ petition, this Court directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, vide orders dated 31.12.2003 in WPMP No.34498 of 2003, and that, therefore, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

In view of the above, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
