Heard both sides. With the consent of both parties the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.3 in interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment in order to aid the unofficial respondent, violating the interim injunction granted in I.A.No.887 of 2017 in O.S.No.418 of 2017 by the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Anantapuramu, as illegal and arbitrary. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner mainly submits that though an injunction order came to be passed in his favour, respondent No.3 in collusion with the unofficial respondents, are interfering with the civil disputes pending between the parties.

Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, denies the allegations made in the writ affidavit and denies the interference of police in the civil disputes between the parties. 5.

Having regard to the above and taking into consideration the statements made across the Bar, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the third respondent not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between the parties, without following due process of law. If the respondent police intend to take any action against the petitioner, the same shall only be in accordance with law. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
