HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.27873 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in calling the petitioner frequently without there being any cause of action or without following due process of law and making the petitioner sit in the police station for hours together. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that no crime is registered against the petitioner and that except registering Crime No.205/2018 against petitioner's son and others, the respondent police never called the petitioner to the police station.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent police not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner, except in accordance with law. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
