This Petition coming on for hearing,upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri VIJAY ASHRIT ,Advocate for the Petitioner and the Public Prosecutor (TG/AP) on behalf of the Respondent No.1 and of Sri Advocate for the Respondent No. 2.

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. by the. petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings against him in FIR No. 12 12 of 2023 dated 10. 1 1.2023 on the file of the Medipally Police Station, Rachakonda, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427 and 506 of Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

t earned counsel for the petitioner r.r'ould submit that there were long pending civil disputes arnong the parties. In spite of an I I I I l order in favour of the petitioner, respondent No.2 is trying to interfere with the property, for which reason, a complaint was l :
i lodged by the petitioner. However, police are taking sides and the I :

Keeping in view that there are civil disputes between the parties, police shall conclude the investigation without taking coercive steps against the petitioner.
