THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.31353 OF 2016 ORDER :

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the representations dated 25.07.2016 and 08.08.2016 along with form-6A dated 07.04.2015 for mutation filed by the petitioner are pending with the 3rd respondent, no action is being taken. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that petitioner has to make application through Mee-seva. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will make such application.

In view of the same, it is open for the petitioner to make an appropriate application within a period of four weeks from today before the 3rd respondent. On such application, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the same within a period of four weeks thereafter, in accordance with law. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stands closed.
