Heard both sides. With the consent of both parties the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.3 to 5 in interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner's agricultural land situated in Survey No.409 of Mothkur Village, Doma Mandal, Vikarabad District, as illegal and arbitrary. 3.
Learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, states that a report given by respondent No.6 to the District Collector was forwarded to the Superintendent of Police, pursuant to which, the respondents are said to have visited the land situated in the above mentioned survey number on 20.05.2017 to inquire into the matter. According to him, thereafter there is no interference by the respondents with the property in dispute.

Recording the above submissions made, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent police not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner's agricultural land situated in Survey No.409 of Mothkur Village, Doma Mandal, Vikarabad District, except by following due process of law. No costs.
As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
