THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN And THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.RAVI KUMAR APPEAL SUIT No.299 of 2011 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Sri V.V.N.Narasimham, learned counsel for the appellant, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Appeal Suit.

A letter dated 05.07.2015 is also filed in the Registry to that effect.

Permission is accorded, and the Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
