Aggrieved by the action of the police authorities in not registering the crime based on the complaint of the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submitted that based on the complaint of the petitioner, 4th respondent registered the case in Cr.No.684 of 2018 on 07.08.2018.

Recording the above statement made by both the counsel, writ petition is disposed of.
