HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.16478 of 2017 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not registering the complaint dated 27.03.2017 regarding the interference of some private persons in the land possessed by the petitioners.

Since the allegation relates to interference of the third parties, it is always open to the petitioners to take appropriate civil proceedings seeking injunction against those persons. On the basis of mere apprehension, no complaint can be registered. In the circumstances, giving liberty to the petitioners to take appropriate civil proceedings, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
