Heard Sri Pamu Krishna Murthy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri M. Sudhir, learned standing counsel for respondents.

2. This court passed an interim order in WP MP No.33458 of 2014 in WP No.26842 of 2014 on dated 11.09.2014 directing the respondents to sanction gratuity and encashment of earned leave salary to the petitioner, as per rules. After issuing the said direction, the respondents considered the issue in detail and rejected the claim of the petitioner.

3. The contempt case is, therefore, closed giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order by way of separate writ or appropriate proceedings, as per law. No order as to costs.
