When the matter is taken up for consideration, Mr.M.Yadagiri, learned Assistant Government pleader for Women and Child Welfare Department by providing a copy of proceedings No.C/ 1772/2025, dated 09. lO.2025 issued by the Tribunal -cum- Revenue Divisional Officer, Shadnagar Division, Rangareddy District, would submit that the order of this Court has been complied with and seeks to close this contempt case.

Since the order of this Court has already been complied with, this Court is of the opinion that there is no willful and deliberate violation/disobedience on the part of the respondent.
