THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.28476 of 2014 ORDER:

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "...to issue an appropriate writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents No.2 to 4 in not taking any action on petitioner's complaint dt.28.08.2014 as illegal, arbitrary, and violative of principles of natural justice and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the respondents No.2 to 4 to consider petitioner's complaint dt.28.08.2014 and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

3.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 28.08.2014, a case in Crime No.482 of 2014 was registered on 30.08.2014. After investigation, a final report was filed on 20.04.2015 before the concerned Magistrate referring it as 'mistake of fact'.

4.

However, when the learned Government Pleader is asked to report as to whether the copy of the said final report is served on the petitioner or not, he is unable to answer the query. 5.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition and the same is liable to be closed.

6.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to raise objections on the final report in the

form of protest application, as per law, if copy of the said final report is not served on her. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
