Sri K. Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh petition before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Darsi, Prakasam District under Rule 37 of Criminal Rules of Practice or under any provision which permits dispensing with appearance of the petitioners.

Permission is accorded as sought for.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty as prayed for. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
