THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.3096 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nandigama to recall P.W.2 for further examination to confront Exs.P1 to P8 in C.C. No.27 of 2012.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition. A letter dated 11.7.2017 to that effect was also addressed to the Registrar (Judicial). Permission is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
