Heard both sides.

Having considered the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this interlocutory application is ordered, correcting the nomenclature of the trial Court, as "XVI Additional Judge cum XX Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, at Secunderabad", in the place of

"XIV Additional Judge cum XX Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, at Secunderabad", in the prayer, grounds and order dated 10.10.2025 passed by this Court in Crl.A.No.1021 of 2025.

Accordingly, the application is ordered.

Hence, the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments and issue amended copy.
