Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

Having regard to the prima facie accusation made against the petitioners and other accused in the FIR, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Therefore, the investigation shall continue. However, considering the submission of the learned counsel for petitioners/Accused Nos.5 and 6, the Police of Garidepalli Police Station, Nalgonda District, are directed to strictly follow the procedure contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. towards the petitioners/Accused Nos. 5 and 6 during the course of investigation. The petitioners shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.
