Heard the learned Government Pleader for Arbitration for petitioners.

Respondents in C.M.A.No.1 of 2009 in the Court of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Rajahmundry are the revision petitioners. Respondents herein, who are appellants, filed appeal under Section 47-A(4) and (5) of the Indian Stamp Act aggrieved by the order dated 05.10.2009 passed by the District Registrar and Collector under the Indian Stamp Act, Rajahmundry in proceedings No.G1/ 574/ 2009. The learned Senior Civil Judge, through the judgment impugned in the revision, allowed the appeal by setting aside the order dated 05.10.2009.

I have perused the record. This Court cannot go into the anterior documents. The registering authority is concerned with the document which is presented for registration. The appellate Court has rightly considered how the registering authority has transgressed the jurisdiction. No ground is made out for interference. The revision fails and is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
