This Contempt Case is filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the orders passed by this Court on 9.7.2013 in W.P.No.23451 of 2003.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented that the said order has been stayed by a Division Bench of this Court in W.A(S.R.)No.72649 of 2014.

In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed with liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate application after disposal of W.A(S.R.)No.72649 of 2014.
