HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 5006 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not considering and disposing of the representations dated 10.01.2017, 17.01.2017 and 20.01.2017 submitted by the petitioner for change of NH 161 bypass design plan with alternative plan at Shankarampet-A to Thirumalapur Shivar in Medak District. After papers were served on the respondents 1 &2, learned counsel appearing for respondents submitted that they would consider the representations dated 10.01.2017, 17.1.2017 and 20.01.2017 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law by taking note of the contents of the representations.

In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the said representations within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
