This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 07.06.2018 passed in I.A.No.356 of 2018 in O.S.No.137 of 2015 on the file of the XXVII Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court at Secunderabad. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
